The middle half of real estate managers earn between $21,000 and $43,000 a year. Some resident apartment managers also receive the use of an apartment in which to live.
Helpful Skills and Subjects to Study
Good communication skills and the ability to work with all kinds of people are important for this job. Classes in English, mathematics and business are helpful.
